About

geogames is a set of geography games on a 3D globe, covering the 193 UN member states plus Vatican City, Palestine, Kosovo and Taiwan. Country borders are shown for play only and aren't a statement on any territorial dispute.

Accessibility

Every game can be played from the keyboard: the arrow keys step from country to country on the globe, Enter picks the highlighted one, + and − zoom, and Esc drops the highlight. The World Atlas also has a search box: type a country and press Enter to open it. The country you land on is announced to screen readers, colour is never the only signal on the globe, and animations are reduced when your system asks for that.
